Emergence of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
This project wants to learn from skilled nursing facility and home health agency leaders, staff, patients, and caregivers.
Study Objective: To capture the voices of skilled nursing facility and home health agency leaders, providers, patients, and caregivers.

Are you a Skilled Nursing Facility or Home Health leader? We want to hear about your experiences.

We are seeking Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health leaders who can speak to the impacts of PDPM and/or PDGM and the COVID-19 Pandemic on the following key concepts:

Eligible leadership roles in Skilled Nursing Facilities may include:
